Tag Drive 2021

The White Water Meadows Citizens Association will launch its “Community Development Tag Drive” in aid of the installation of a Closed-Circuit Television network on Saturday, November 6, 2021 at the gate. The objective is to raise a total of $2 Million dollars by way of community and public support for the purchase and installation of this very vital equipment as we move to make our community safe for
our residents.
Since security is one of the major concerns that faces our community today, having a Closed-Circuit
Television network will enable us to monitor our entrance and some of our major streets. Quotations were
received from companies and the option will include a solar panel run system.

The selling of Tag Tickets will be handled mainly by our Executive Members, who will also enlist other members of the community to assist.
This fundraiser will run for 2 months and end on December 31, 2021. The cost of each ticket will be $500.

TAG DRIVE GUIDELINES:
1) All Tag Drive tickets must be stamped with the Association’s seal before distribution.
2) A Tag Ticket MUST be issued to persons purchasing tickets upon accepting payment.
3) Distributors are responsible for all tickets given to them for sale or distribution.
4) Distributors must be vigilant in making frequent checks with persons asked to help with the sale of Tag Tickets on their behalf.
5) All monies collected must be handed over to the Treasurer at a specifically agreed date and time and at such time, a written receipt must be given in exchange for monies collected.
6) Distributors should keep receipt in a safe place to facilitate easy reconciliation.
7) Monies collected by the Treasurer will be lodged to the Association’s bank account weekly.
8) Periodic updates on ticket sales will be given to residents in a timely manner.
