Greetings Residents,
The Wall Project (Stanhope Section) is far advanced and by our estimation, is about 80% complete. Thanks to the hard-working team for sticking to the plan.
As seen by the pictures sent, the next step will be to close off the access-way between our community and Sydenham Villas. By doing so, we hope to bring some peace and security to our valued residents living in that area and the wider community as a whole. Yes, we know our community will be far from being totally secured, but this is a giant step in the right direction and with the cooperation from you the residents, I’m sure we can do it.
For too long our residents living along Stanhope have complained about the noise nuisance and the many robberies in that area, with the perpetrators entering and exiting the community using that access way.
Please note that we are now ready to act…!
Effective April 17, 2023, we will be closing off that access way between Whitewater and Sydenham Villas in the vicinity of Stanhope Road. This is a public notice designed to inform and educate.
