The WWMCA expresses gratitude to all the residents who have supported the community building initiatives throughout the years. We as a community continue to have hope and drive that our community can thrive and progress to be the ideal living environment for our families. Please be advised that effective January 2024 maintenance dues will be increased from $500 to $ 1,500 per month. Wall project collections will be suspended until further notice.
Our next dues collection exercise will commence on January 6, 2024 at 7am and conclude at 6:30pm at the community entrance. Persons who are able to make collections via bank transfer using our JMMB account are encouraged to continue doing so while others may utilize the VIP Service if they are unable to pay to a collector at the gate (see the flier below for details).
