Good day Residents,

Please be reminded that our monthly Dues Collection Exercise takes place this Saturday, September 6th, 2025 at the entrance.

Monthly maintenance dues are $1,500 per household.

Please exercise any of the three payment options available to you:

  1. Pay at the entrance

  2. VIP Service – Request a collector to visit you at home

  3. Pay online directly to our JMMB account

Maintaining this community is our collective responsibility.
