The Whitewater Meadows community relies on the support of its residents and neighbors, like yourself, to enable the Association to carry out its management responsibilities. Your timely payment of dues is crucial to the upkeep and maintenance of the community.
Dues are set at $1,500/mth, your generous contribution will greatly benefit the community and is deeply appreciated.
Multiple Payment Options
The Association is delighted to provide multiple options for submitting your dues. You can make cash or cheque payments through direct bank deposits, online or in-branch, in-person on collection days at the main entrance, or arrange for a collector to pick up payment from your home under our VIP home pickup service.

Pay in-Person
To facilitate the payment of dues, residents have the option of paying in person at the main entrance, through a volunteer road monitor assigned to their street, or via our collector. Door-to-door collectors will be provided with identification.
At the Main Entrance:
Dues may be paid in person at the main entrance on designated dates every month, typically on a Saturday. Residents will be notified of the specific date through a posted notice. Payments can be made in cash or by cheque, payable to Whitewater Meadows Citizens Association.
VIP Door-to-Door Collection:
Residents may also opt for in-person collection by utilizing the services of a designated road monitor or collector via our VIP home pickup services. All collectors, including volunteers, will be issued with identification. To arrange for VIP home pickup services, please contact us via phone or WhatsApp.

We encourage residents to use the online option to make payments, its the fastest and most convenient way to make payments.
Pay Via Remittance Services
Exclusively for residents or property owners currently traveling or residing overseas.

Donations
Individuals and companies are encouraged to make donations to support the Association in its efforts to protect our mutual interests. Your support is invaluable in making our community stronger and enabling us to do a better job.
For businesses, contributions can be made in the form of cash or kind, specifically for community projects or events. We welcome all contributions.
In addition, we also accept donations in kind such as food items for specific events like the annual Kids Treat, Sports Day, GSAT/CSEC Award Ceremony, as well as equipment that is new or in good condition.

What are the dues used for?
Maintenance dues are primarily used to maintain the common/green areas such as the main park and the entrance. Dues are also used to build or maintain community infrastructure such community center, guard house, road patching etc..
I have some concerns, how can I get a copy of the financial records of the Association?
