Dues Collection Saturday October 5, 2024

Greetings Residents,

Please be advised that Saturday October 5, 2024 is Dues Collection day!

Our collectors will be at the gate beginning at 8am and ending by or before 6:30pm.

The cost for Maintenance Dues remains at $1,500 per household but feel free to pay more if you have missed some previous payments or less if you do not have the required amount.

For those who are unable to take advantage of the collections at the gate you may utilize the VIP service or make payments online to our JMMB account.
