Greetings Residents,
Please be advised that we embark on our monthly Maintenance Dues Collection exercise on Saturday from 8am to 6:00pm.
The dues per household remains at One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1500). However, feel free to pay more if you have missed previous payments or less if you do not have enough to pay the full amount.
Additionally, we are seeking volunteers to work along with the executives to collect dues tomorrow. The shifts are: 8am-10am, 10am-1pm, 1pm-4pm and 4pm-6:00pm. Feel free to give an hour or two to help us gather the basic funds that we need to make our community welcoming.
