Greetings Residents, As usual we undertake our monthly dues collection exercise on the first Saturday of each month.Tomorrow dues will be collected at the gate from 8am to 6pm. The executive members of the associationis requesting the kind consideration and cooperation of residents to make dues ($500) and wall project ($1,000) payments during this time.

This is a reminder to our residents that the garbage trucks that service our community do not pick up garbage consisting of mattresses, settees and other similar household items.
