Dear Residents, Maintenance Dues and Wall Project Collections will be done this Saturday, October 1st at the entrance. Please remember to make your contribution of $1,500 to be split between Maintenance Dues and Wall Building Project. VIP Service VIP Service is available for those who require it. Wall Project Resumes this Weekend September 17-18, 2022 The Contractor made himself available on Thursday, earlier than anticipated, so stage 3 of the Wall Project has started with the digging of the final 42ft foundation. Dear Residents, Thank you all for your support of the just concluded CAKE SALE. A total of 14 cakes and associated supplies were purchased at a cost of $48,092.84 From these 14 cakes, we got 119 slices, which translated to a total income of $119,000. After expense of $48,092.84 we ended with a *Net Profit

Dear Residents, Please be reminded of the upcoming maintenance dues collection drive this Saturday September 3rd 2022 at the entrance. As usual we are asking residents to contribute $1,500, $1,000 of which will go towards the Wall Project.
