Greetings residents, A happy and prosperous 2024 to you and family! The WWMCA expresses gratitude to all the residents who have supported the community building initiatives throughout the years. We as a community continue to have hope and drive that our community can thrive and progress to be the ideal living environment for our families.

Thanks a million to the residents of White Water Meadows and the Kiwanis Club for the support received last Saturday at our park development project. We could not have done it without you. We are looking forward to completing Phase 2 in January 2024. We need solar lights, paint for the gazebo, tables, and benches.

  1) Maintenance Dues – The amount collected amounts to $129,950.00 which is an average of approximately $43,000.00 per month paid by approximately 55 household.
